Newsletter Notes: In a continued effort to be better stewards of the funds of Macon Baptist Association, we have made the decision to send out the Macon Baptist Messenger newsletter quarterly rather than monthly.Those on the mailing list will receive the quarterly newsletter in the months of the Quarterly Meetings:January, April, July and October.This current issue will serve as the 2nd quarter, with the remaining newsletters for 2010 to be mailed in July and October.This change will reduce our average newsletter printing, folding and postage costs by $1,500 per year.
The MBA has a website (www.maconba.org) for those with computer access which will be updated and maintained even more regularly as a result of this change.You can get updated calendar information and current events from the website.We have also been doing much communication of current news and events by e-mail, so you can request to be put on the e-mail listing to receive news and updates, if you’d like.Just send an e-mail to mba@dnet.net if you would like to be added to the list.You can view the newsletter on-line as well, and opt out of the mailing all together just by contacting the office.
